Ok guys shot ok last night I lost it a little in the 3rd game got like 3 back to back splits. Your girls average is 151 I shot 211, 201 and 167, 579 Series not bad.. lol I was feeling it but I was tripping with my team not trying to wear this rope...

Thats cool, Wanda take it easy. Hey you guys know any good exercises for my wrist. Going up to that 14lb ball my wrist hurts so bad. I need it to get stronger.. I shot with my brace on 1st game was not good like 140 something, 2nd game the same.. ...

- Thanks went to the dr. today it's getting better Dr. said just have to let mother nature take it's course,MAYBE in three months i can bowl again But i'm just going to take it real easy so i can come back 100%!!! and we can still talk always like to know how everyone bowl. Looking forward to u coming to town let us know

- HAPPY B-DAY!!! Tristina and good bowling. I went and support my teammates last night, man i miss bowling already go back to the doctor on monday about my hand, but I did get out the league for this season can't take a change on my hand not getting well it's just going to take time
