Share 'avg rerate rule'
Just thinking outloud. Since you have to in some tournaments report scores of x amount of pins over avg, why can't you report x amount of pins below avg. Everyone has good days but what about when you stink up the place. Take me for example. At state. Team I shot 591, then my dbls and singles was in the 400's. Just wondering lol
