i had a o.k.nite today 192 196 191, i couldn't string a lot of strikes together but i still love that jiggsaw.

Thats cool, Wanda take it easy. Hey you guys know any good exercises for my wrist. Going up to that 14lb ball my wrist hurts so bad. I need it to get stronger.. I shot with my brace on 1st game was not good like 140 something, 2nd game the same.. but that third game took some motrin.. took that brace off and shot 200 go figure. lol

Thanks Robert i will. Since im not in the league I have time to rebuild and take it easy until I go to the tournament in June
good practice W. just go easy on your hand you'll get there.

Man Cicero,Robert&Tristina u all r doing your thang, good job to all of u. Well I went back to the dr. today all is good back to bowling as long as i wear my bowling brace, In which I did tonight.Went out practicing I did a 123,192,138,149,141,129 not bad first night back. now going to soak my hand be back out there next monday. My hand feel great. Thank God!!
