These little youth scholarship tournaments not giving out enough money..I need to know about these singles adult tournaments. Now im not saying im as good as the adults but it would be good experience for me when i go collegiate. Just the $1,000 or $2,000 tourneys would be nice.

Realbowlers tournaments are monthly.

word of advise. IF you're planning to get a bowling scholarship, bowling in an adult league for any money is a major no-no. heaven forbid you win any money and word gets out..... no more scholarship.....

I think he is talking about tournaments. USBC allows them to bowl in Adult tournaments and sign a waiver to get the award money in scholarship form, which includes bracket and sidepot money.

no problem. i just don't wish to see you ruin a good opportunity to get an education off of something you love doing also. the leagues and tournaments will always be around, but to get your education paid for while you do something you love. don't ever risk that .......

yeah i hear where your coming from thanks..

Young son. Practice your craft. Get your education. Use your skills to get that "FREE" education. And if you go to the right school, besides getting the best education you can, you may also end up getting training in bowling that most of us have never received. Then you will be a smart young man with collegiate bowling skills and experience that we will have to deal with. Then I will retire and watch you destroy the field. Lata

i get what you are saying but i dont think you understand the usbc rules..It states i can bowl in adult tournaments and if i win i can turn the winnings into scholarship money and still be a youth bowler and still bowl collegiate. The adult tournaments would be a good investment for me.

you can be an adult bowler winning adult leagues and adult tournaments and still be getting all the things adults do. the rules with college bowling is not junior league rules. all you have to do to bowl collegiate is not get a pba card. That is it, i have known many people and was going to bowl collegiate myself so i know the rule

if you want to keep your junior status thats different but bowling collegiate you can be an adult
