Big Congratulations to Jack Taylor & Greg Black Jr for winning in the PBA South Region

Big Congratulations to our own Atlanta Thursday Real Money Mixed League bowlers, Jack Taylor (1st place), and Greg Black Jr. (2nd), for doing incredible in the PBA South Region Tommy Jones Surfside Beach, SC Open.

In the Round of 4, Greg Black defeated Richard Chmura of Lumberton, NC 215 to 181; and Jack Taylor defeated Seby Silvestri 192 to 180. Then in the Championship game, our local heroes bowled each other with Mr. Taylor taking the win.

Great Bowling guys, we are very proud of both of you!

Can someone explain or verify this for me---

In the pba regional tourney that Greg bowled in, I see this:
Qualifying Standings thru B Squad

Black, Jr. Greg (g) - Riverdale, Ga 1622 Advance

Does this mean that for 8 games, Greg had a total pinfall of 1622..??
Meaning we was averaging about 202..??

And then it says:

Semi's Standings:

Black, Jr. Greg (g) - Riverdale, Ga 2653 Advance

Is this for 12 games?

Because if it is, then that means that Greg shot 1031 for 4 games before the Round of 16.
…Averaging 257 for those last 4 games to “get in” the Round….

Can anyone clarify this for me?

Chase the semi's on Sunday are 5 games, so he shot the 1031 for 5.

Thanks guys, cant wait till the tour season starts back up again so i can compete again. But again thanks to all for commenting and congrates to you to greg, you bowled well. This site is cool ttl
